Please click on the underlined link below for the Easter Euro Tournament website which has our boys' match schedules. Following the flight to Frankfurt there will be a short transfer to Luxembourg for some shut-eye before leaving for Prague by Coach (shared with the Luxembourg team) Accommodation is on a full board basis but players should have some Euros and either Czech Crowns or sterling or Plastic for incidental expenses. (While the Czeks are very hospitable Prague does have a problem with pickpockets so the boys should be advised to leave Passports, valuables and some of their money in the Hotel safe)

Training at Notre Dame 12 - 4pm on both Sat/Sun 4/5 March with possible Training game Vs Scottish Universities on Sun

A well attended meeting was held at Notre Dame with several parents willing to approach contacts with a view to raising sponsorship to support the boys' programme.
I will hopefully have a copy of the sponsorship request document, which was handed out at the meeting, married to Basketballscotland headed paper. This will be posted on this site for Download.
I will probably add a "Parents & Supporters" page to the site to post relevant information.
more details to follow

Please note that a "Parents and Interested Parties" meeting will be held at Notre Dame High School at 12pm on Sunday 19th Feb (to coincide with the start of the training session).
At this meeting Tom Clark will outline the scope and financial implications of the Training and Competition schedule leading up to our participation in the European Championships (Division B) in Romania this July/August.
We already have some finance in place but will be seeking further income streams to ensure that our team is well prepared for this major Tournament. If any Parents/Friends have contacts with Companies who might be willing to provise sponsorship - either in Cash or by providing or subsidising Sports Kit, or have other fund-raising ideas, please raise these at the meeting
